All consumers (individuals not businesses) who purchase products from Furnished Homes in the UK will be entitled to a full refund if the furniture ordered is faulty on receipt or incorrectly supplied. A refund will be issued within 5 working days from receipt of the goods. This will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you purchase products from Furnished Homes in the UK and are unhappy with the furniture in any way you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The payment will be refunded excluding shipping costs for delivery and there may be a charge for re-stocking.
You do not have to have a reason for cancelling during this ‘cooling off’ period, but if you do choose to cancel your order you will be required to either return the goods yourself or arrange for us to collect them from you.
Either option will be at your expense (exact figure to be confirmed at the time depending on product.) In the event of you choosing to carry out this right you must inform us at the earliest given opportunity within the aforementioned 7 day period. Contact details are in the ‘contact’ section of the website. We will also refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.
Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we, nor our suppliers can take them back.
