HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

If you are a new customer and this is your first order, please contact our sales team and fill in a New Customer Account Form.

If your company uses a Purchase Order system, we will only be able to process orders that come with a valid Purchase Order number showing the correct price for the job.

If your company does not use a Purchase Order system and you have an account with us simply email your order to us.

WHEN PLACE YOUR ORDER PLEASE FOLLOW THE CHECKLIST BELOW:

  • TELEPHONE NUMBER TO ARRANGE DELIVERY- This is super important, please don’t forget!

  • DELIVERY ADDRESS & POSTCODE - Include room/flat numbers. Building names & Street names

  • REMOVE OLD ITEMS, CONNECT APPLIANCES - See optional extras and state what you need

  • PRODUCT DETAIL - Please don’t ask for a bed or a sofa, be specific about range and sizes

  • COLOUR CHOICE - Please don’t forget to specify a colour choice

Without this information there will be a delay in processing the order whilst we contact you to find out what you would like. Please ensure you have all the information on this list with your order.

OUR FREE DELIVERY SERVICE

FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE - DELIVERY INTO ROOMS - FREE ASSEMBLY* - PACKAGING REMOVED

For any general enquiries about delivery of an order you have placed please email deliveries@furnishedhomes.org

When your order is ready for delivery our dispatch team will call you to arrange a convenient appointment. You will always have 24 hours notice at the very least and will be given a window of between two and three hours so you don’t have to wait all day. Our drivers can also call ahead upon request with an hour or 30 minutes notice

Delivery times are noted on the product info**. We do not part deliver orders so if one item has a longer delivery time than another - you order will have the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time. If there is a significant gap and you want the other item quicker please place separate orders.

* With the rare exception of contract flatpack wardrobes & not standard items supplier by special request

**Some customers under contract with us have special delivery arrangements, enquire if you have a contract

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS FOR FREE DELIVERY
Unlike other companies we don’t charge for delivery but failed appointments cost us dearly!
Please ensure that you are in during your agreed delivery time slot. If you agree a time slot with our planning team but will not be there on the day of delivery – make sure that the person who will be in – staff or tenant -knows that we are coming!
If you find that you are unable to make your agreed time slot, please let us know as soon as you possibly can. We understand that problems occur, especially in the world of busy housing professionals and we will be really grateful for the heads up. Sadly, repeated failed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge or in the worst cases orders may be cancelled.

REMOVE OLD ITEMS

If you have an old item you would like the drivers to remove please state this on your order and include the appropriate charge. This service is only offered on a like for like basis. For example, if you order 1 mattress we can only remove 1 mattress.

If you know that what you would like removing is larger than what you are ordering (for example ordering a double robe and you would like a triple robe removed) please let Furnished Homes know to ensure they have the time and van space to handle your request. This also applies to items that will need dismantling in order to remove them. This information is very important as without prior knowledge it may not be possible to carry out your request when we arrive.

  • REMOVE OLD APPLIANCES EXC. REFRIGERATION -

    £20 +vat per item

    £30 +vat per item

​Any items not listed above such as dining chairs, microwaves etc we will remove free of charge. We only charge for white goods or bulky items, so if an item is not listed above but it is large please check for pricing if you want that item removed.

**For large refurbishments these prices are negotiable.

CONNECTING APPLIANCES

We connect electric appliances and washing machines. We do not connect or disconnect gas appliances.

The prices listed include disconnection of existing appliances if this is required.

    £25+vat per item

IF YOU REQUIRE ANY OPTIONAL EXTRAS WITH YOUR DELIVERY PLEASE CLEARLY STATE THIS ON YOUR ORDER AND INCLUDE THE COSTS ON YOUR PURCHASE ORDER.
